Ramen Noodle Goulash

* 1 1/4 cups water
* 1/2 cup frozen or canned vegetables, any kind
* 1 package vegetarian ramen noodles
* 1/2 block tofu, cubed (optional)
* 1 tsp soy sauce


Bring water to a simmer and add veggies and ramen. Add seasoning packet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until ramen is soft.

Add tofu and drain excess water if desired.

Add soy sauce and stir well.
